We deliver Sydney wide, Tuesday to Saturday. We will deliver your gift between 12pm and 5pm for business deliveries and 12pm to 7pm for residential deliveries.

Yes we do. Please choose your Sweet Box from our Australia Wide page and select Interstate Shipping for all orders out of our Sydney delivery zone and Interstate deliveries. Australia Post will deliver your order 1 to 7 days after the date selected at checkout.

Sydney Deliveries: You can order anytime and select your delivery date at checkout.
Orders being shipped to ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA and regional NSW will be DISPATCHED on the date selected at checkout. Your gift should arrive 1 to 3 business days from the selected date.
Sydney Next Day Delivery: You need to order by 3pm the day before.
Out of Sydney Zone/Interstate Delivery: The date you select at checkout is the day your order will be DISPATCHED.
We deliver on Saturdays.
Unfortuantely this is not available due to the large volume of orders. Please note if you leave a time specific request on your order, we take no responsibilty in having it delivered by then as we do not offer time specific deliveries.

All school deliveries will arrive by 3pm.
Commercial addresses will arrive by 5pm.
Sydney: Your delivery will arrive on the date you have selected. Commercial addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm.
Out of Sydney Zone/Interstate: Your order will be DISPATCHED on the date selected at checkout and should arrive 1 to 7 days after. However there may be delays which we will not provide compensation for as it is out of our hands.
For Sydney deliveries you need to contact us as soon as possible. If the new address is close by, it shouldn't be an issue. However if it is out of the drivers run, then unfortunately we won't be able to change the address.
Unfortunately once an Interstate order has shipped there is no way of changing the address.
If the recipient isn't present to accept the delivery, the following actions will be taken;
- If there is a secure location available, the delivery driver will place the item/s by the front or rear entrance (under shade, if present).
- If the driver is incapable of leaving the package (e.g. it's a secured building that we cannot access), the item/s will be sent back to our facility and a re-delivery option can be arranged, subject to an extra fee.
We offer the possibility of re-dispatching the order for a cost equivalent to 50% of the original order amount, in addition to the supplementary delivery charge.
